:) SuMMeR FuN (:

I have to be honest. Summer has been a total bore so far. Except for Youth Conference. I have seen like NONE of my friends (besides at YC and Drivers Ed...) and have been stuck babysitting my brothers and sister. BUT it has also been fun at the same time! As confusing as it may seem, it is very true!

*We have had an adventure with lambs for the first time this summer! We are raising two lambs for the fair. Freddie and Egge. (Hunter and Caden picked the name Egge and Ally picked out Freddie. don't ask.) It has been quite funny! I woke up yesterday to begin my week of feeding and when I looked out my window Egge was on top of the roof! It was the craziest thing! I don't know how in the heck she (yes they're both girls..) got up there, but somehow she did! We have also had to chase them and try and wash them (wow..). It's pretty crazy but fun!

After Driver's Ed, a few friends and I would head over to Boone's for lunch. Usually a shake or a burger. Well, one day it had been kind of cloudy in the morning. We didn't really think much of it, so we headed to Boone's. As we sat there eating and talking (me usually sharing food with someone) we looked out the window and it was a total DOWN POUR. It was raining HARD. We kind of waited and debated walking home and to range in it, but when realizing the time we HAD to leave. So, we walked/ran home in this down pour. Ash and I were in flip flops. Which was not good, so we ended up taking them off even though there were no side walks (ouch). It was one of THE funnest days EVER! We were totally drenched!!

I love the rain! (I don't know why there is grey on the bottom of the picture, I sent it from my phone.... but we DO have clothes on!! ha ha!)

Gotta love the Summer!!!
